                                                    Soft Touch Permanent Makeup

                        FIRST COSMETIC TATTOO STUDIO
Permanent makeup, or cosmetic tattooing...
Lovely red lips, perfectly shaped eyebrows, and flattering eyeliner. Permanent makeup holds the promise you'll work all day, go to the gym, dance all night, and wake up in the morning with makeup in place. Nothing, it seems, will phase these cosmetic tattoos.
Permanent makeup is considered micropigmentation, similar to tattoos. It involves using a needle to place pigmented granules beneath the upper layers of the skin. Tattooing and medical restoration, which corrects imperfections from scars and vitiligo (lack of natural pigmentation in the skin), are similar procedures.
IMAGINE how great you will look...ALL THE TIME!

Q1. What is permanent makeup?

A. Permanent cosmetics or permanent makeup or micropigmentation, is the process of implanting cosmetic pigments into the dermis layer of the skin to improve one’s appearance and save time compared to traditional makeup. The most common areas where permanent makeup is performed are on eyebrows, eye lines and lip lines.

Q2. How permanent is it?

A. The duration of permanent or semi-permanent makeup depends on the depth of needle penetration during the procedure. Skin type and after-care are determining factors in achieving lasting results. Clients need to follow all instructions carefully so that their makeup color can last several years. Touch-ups are recommended every few years as necessary.

Q3. Is there pain or swelling?

A. Some clients may experience some swelling depending on their skin’s sensitivity. However, most applications look great immediately after the procedure! We have a state-of-the-art anti-pain protocol in which we use a highly effective analgesic ointment.

Q4. How safe is it?

A. The art of tattooing and permanent makeup have been practiced for centuries. All the pigments that we sell are cosmetic grade, meaning that they are sterilized and purified for cosmetic use. Also, the ingredients are approved by the FDA for cosmetic use. Be wary of counterfeit products which have not met safety standards. It is the technician’s responsibility to ensure proper sanitation and prevent possible infection. Clients should advise their service provider if they plan to undergo laser treatment, Botox, dermabrasion, peels, etc. MRIs do not present a problem with Biotouch products. Biotouch’s PURE line meets EU guidelines.

Q5. What is Microblading?

Microblading is a type of semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that is meant to look like real brow hair.  We create each individual hair stroke one by one, with a manual hand tool, then place pigment over the brow area and allow it to be absorbed into the strokes created. It will then heal into the skin, and once fully healed, will reveal the perfect natural brow that everyone will think you were born with. Not all skin types are a good candidate for Microblading. If you have oily skin and/or larger pores then you may be required to have more frequent touch-ups. People on certain types of medications, including Thyroid, may experience blurring of the strokes, poor retention and color shifting. For these clients we may highly suggest you think of getting Ombre brows instead.

Q6. What is Ombré eyebrows?

Ombré eyebrows is a machine technique to create the trendy make-up look of its namesake. This is a great option for a beautiful, defined brow shape with subtle, soft fullness; the tail of the brow appears darker, gradually fading into a light start and top.  The results are absolutely gorgeous, and your ombre brows will last longer than microblading. Expect your brows to look flawless for around two years!

Q7. Does it wear off during the day?

Do you have trouble getting it straight or even? Are you allergic to cosmetic products or your allergies causing you to re-apply several times a day? Maybe Permanent eyeliner is what you need.
Eyeliner can be applied in many styles and colors, from soft, natural-looking lash enhancement to a defined line–the choice is yours! Some people feel both upper and lower eyeliner suits their needs best, while others feel only an upper or a lower eyeliner is appropriate for them. Whatever look you choose, you will wake up, shower, exercise, work, swim, and go to bed always looking your best.

Q8. How long does it last?

Cosmetic tattooing is considered semi-permanent, so after your first two sessions with time they will begin to fade and will need to be touched up every 12-18 months, which varies from person to person. Please note that final results can not be guaranteed as each unique skin type will hold pigments differently and break down at different rates.

Q9. How old do i have to be to get tattooed?

You must be 18 or older to receive a tattoo service, ID is required.

Q10. What is Dermal Micro-Needling?

Dermal needling is a 100% natural skin rejuvenation method that stimulates the body’s own collagen production. It improves skin texture and softens wrinkles and scars without chemicals or lasers. No toxins, chemicals, or fillers are injected into the skin, and no lasers or chemicals are used on top of the skin. Since nothing is implanted into the skin, this technique has also been called Dry Needling, Dry Tattooing, Needle Abrasion, Needle Dermabrasion, or Micro Needle Therapy.
